K-Secret Seoul 1988 Eye Cream: Retinal Liposome 4% + Fermented Bean

This eye cream contains 4% Retinal Liposome (a potent form of Vitamin A) and Fermented soybean extract.

How to use
Cleanse your face, apply a hydrating toner/essence. Dispense a small amount and gently tap under your eye not to close to the lashes or inner eye. Do not apply on the upper eye lid. Follow with a moisturiser to seal it in and buffer any dryness or irritation. Apply in sunscreen in the morning. The eye cream should only be used at night start 2 to 3 times a week until your skin builds tolerance.

Do not mix with Glycolic, lactic, mandelic and salicylic acids and Vitamin C.
